LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE WEO BOTTLE 

IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR WEO BOTTLE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE  TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE WEO BOTTLE (“WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT  BELOW.  

DO NOT USE THE WEO BOTTLE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF  YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND  RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN WEO’S RETURN POLICY (FOUND AT  WWW.WE-O.COM/RETURN-POLICY). 

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO  HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OTHER THAN AS  PERMITTED BY LAW, WEO DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER  RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE  NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR  RIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY OR STATE. 

WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE  FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET  FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND  CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEO  DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT  LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A  PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS,  TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT  BE DISCLAIMED, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH 

WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED  WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS, AT WEO’S OPTION, LIMITED  TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS  WARRANTY STATEMENT. 

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY? 

Weo, LLC (“we“) extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally  purchased the product (“you“). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the  product. 

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER? 

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the WEO WATER  BOTTLE (the “product“) for the Warranty Period as defined below. 

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER? 

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;  (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of  the product; (h) dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse; (i) to consumable parts, such as batteries or 

protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in  materials or workmanship; (j) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken  glass, or plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; or (k) external  causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact in Module, earthquakes, or other actions or  events beyond our reasonable control. 

WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE? 

This limited warranty starts on the date of the original purchase and lasts for one year (the “Warranty Period“). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We  may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be  retroactive. 

WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY? 

With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole  discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the  purchase price of such product. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or  replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective product. Such shipping and  handling fees are limited to those within the contiguous U.S. states, except for Alaska and Hawaii. 

Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof  of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dates sales receipt. Weo may also  require that you respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues.  

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE? 

To obtain warranty service, you must register your product with the Weo App and email  our Online Client Services Team at hello@we-o.com. We will then send you an email to confirm that we  have received your request.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE  REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR  LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU  FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR  ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER  DIRECT OR INDIRECT. 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL  OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY  TO YOU.
